This is a maintenance wash for pool decks—concrete, pavers, cool-deck, stamped, or lightly coated surfaces. We focus on removing organic buildup and day-to-day soils for a uniform look across the entire deck. Open areas are cleaned with a professional surface cleaner (no wand striping), and edges/coping are detailed at controlled pressure. It’s a cleaning service only; sealing, re-sand/re-grout, stain removal, or repairs aren’t included. Why it matters: Algae films and sunscreen/pollen residue make pool decks look dull and can feel slick underfoot. A proper surface clean brightens the area and helps restore traction, which is especially important around water. Regular maintenance also slows the return of organic growth in shaded or always-damp sections, keeping the deck looking fresher between seasons.

Our Process: We walk the area, set safe work zones, and lightly pre-treat where needed. Large sections are cleaned with a rotary surface cleaner for an even finish; borders, drains, and tight spots are detailed by hand and then everything is fresh-water rinsed. We manage rinse water and avoid directing spray into the pool; any incidental mist is minimized and the deck is rinsed toward drains/coping. When appropriate, a mild post-treat is applied to help slow organic regrowth.

What to Expect: Standard service targets typical organic staining and surface soils on accessible areas only. Deep rust, tire polymer transfer, oil penetration, efflorescence, paint/coating failure, or mineral deposits may require separate treatments and aren’t part of a basic clean. Paver re-sand/re-grout and sealing are available as add-ons. Most properties benefit from cleaning annually or seasonally depending on shade, irrigation, and traffic—ask us for a simple schedule that fits your deck.
